I'm currently using ms outlook for email. Is there anything similar "on line"? I use a PC at home, another at work and have a couple of laptops and really want to be able to email to/from any yet keep the history accessible for all? I'm finding it very limiting to have four different outlook programs on each computer, all with different histories. I've got web-based versions of almost all other programs I need to use, it's just Outlook that is holding me back now. Any ideas/advice?

Why don't you just set-up all the accounts inside Outlook using IMAP? (Instead of what sounds like 1 account per email application)

You can then send/receive from any account, and the "History" (Received/Sent messages) will be available from other computers using the same (IMAP) settings.

ps. If you really want Outlook on the web, you'll need an Exchange email server.

I use gmail for that exact reason, however, you are limited to 5 accounts.

It's about using IMAP instead of pop3, and using Gmail as a single collection point for numerous different webmail services.

The main advantage is that changes you make from one Outlook/webmail will be reflected in all the other Outlooks/webmails.
