I'm currently using ms outlook for email. Is there anything similar "on line"? I use a PC at home, another at work and have a couple of laptops and really want to be able to email to/from any yet keep the history accessible for all? I'm finding it very limiting to have four different outlook programs on each computer, all with different histories. I've got web-based versions of almost all other programs I need to use, it's just Outlook that is holding me back now. Any ideas/advice?

Why don't you just set-up all the accounts inside Outlook using IMAP? (Instead of what sounds like 1 account per email application)

You can then send/receive from any account, and the "History" (Received/Sent messages) will be available from other computers using the same (IMAP) settings.

ps. If you really want Outlook on the web, you'll need an Exchange email server.

I use gmail for that exact reason, however, you are limited to 5 accounts.

Have a look at www.desknow.com. I use this and it's very similar functionally to Outlook Web Access but much, much cheaper! You can run it on anything from an old Windows XP PC up and it provides many excellent features.
