I have used Dabs and Ebuyer extensively.
I find E-Buyer cheaper.
Dabs have better used / clearance options.
BUT.... both are a pain if you have to return items.
I had a nightmare with Dabs not acknowledging receipt of a return I made:
You cannot phone them, if you do you get an automated message referring you to the Website.
If you mail a query choosing a standard subject you get an automated reply.
You have to select an option, something along the lines of 'different query' before you get a person to reply.
When the person replies, I think 'why waste words when we have your money' is the order of the day, you get between 1 and 6 words per reply, they never properly answer your query.
After about 3 replies (12 or so words) I asked for the customer service managers address, which I was sent (just the mail address, no other content in the mail)
I never got a reply from the customer services manager.
One of the mails said the warehouse was busy. I wont go into detail, but I know this was bull, they just lost my parcel and couldnt be bothered to look for it.
After a couple of weeks, receipt was acknowledged and I got my money back.
I still buy from them if there are big savings to be had, but be aware one of the reasons they are able to sell items more cheaply is because they have no customer service department.... just a warehouse shipping massive volumes of consumer electronics... and they only worry about stuff going out of the door, not items coming back through it!!!
