Hi I am retired with due diligence I would like to discuss a Lottery Analizer ongoing working program that has been in development for over 30 yrs I am looking for prossesional individuals who have a vested interest in Data Analitical discussions Regards Clive.

With due respect I am not looking for a start up I a looking for proffesional individuals who who have a vested interest in Lotteries as I have said breakdown of Data that would help players understand how lotteries work this program is not a wheeling hot/ cold theory it a breakdown of Data with numbers in there respective positions using Percentages that syndicate or individual needs to know .

It's not a radom generator it just a Data based breakdown of numbers in relation to each set of numbers.

A long time ago, I got a list of all of the results and worked out which numbers came up the most (simple to do with excel). Crude but effective! I then created data sets based on the most popular numbers. Sadly, I still give a lot more to Camelot than they give me!

If not then I'm struggling to see what value it has. If it has then are you going to be paying these proffesional (sic) individuals for their time?

That's not ever going to happen. Unless you can demonstrate consistent winning combinations of lotto numbers.

I'm afraid I'm also confused about what the OP is asking, what are you looking for?
If you are looking for investment, then just like any business investment, I would want to see evidence of success, so I would like to see proof that you are making a positive return on the number of lottery tickets purchased with documented evidence and clear financial due diligence. Basically, proof that a profit is being made.

Honestly, I don't care about the statistic numbers themselves nor any program. All I care about is the company financials and evidence that the business (program) performance with the founder risking their own money for 1-2 years proving the business.

Most people know how lotteries work. You pays your money you takes your chance.

Is it not a little disengenuous to suggest understanding previous results might give you an insight into tonight’s numbers?

The only advantage you can possibly gain as a syndicate in a fair lottery where the ball drawn is independent of the one before is by knowing what numbers are more likely to have been picked by others to ensure that should you win you share the jackpot with the least number of other people.

The chance of drawing a particular ball is 1/59 the second ball is then 1/58 going down to 1/54 for the 6th.

That is simple gcse level maths/stats

In the 90s, I created Doctor Lottery, a Windows-based lottery analyser and simulator. Its predecessor was a command line simulator developed for DOS. The Windows version, sold as shareware on magazine cover-mounted CD-ROMs, performed well.

Why would I want to know this?

I have a program that gives the lottery player a breakdown of all the combinations of for example a 6/49 with the numbers
What for? There are billions of them, and you can download the list in loads of places; it has no value.

numbers in there respective positions using Percentages
Position of the numbers doesn't matter, except bonus, so who cares.

has your program increased your winnings from the lottery?

My experience was similar. Despite retaining a 26% stake, I still incurred a 74% loss. Although I had many wins, across countless simulations, I was unable to turn a profit. I replicated this approach in the 1980s using C++ on a college computer with simulations of roulette and craps, but the house consistently prevailed. The key takeaway is that you must be the house or the one setting the betting terms.

Exactly. There is only one, just one, formula on the roulette table where the odds are in your favour but if you get caught playing you get asked to leave (bet on two columns every time, and double your stake when you lose a round). It gives you a 66% chance of success, and it is the only method.

The lottery is a very profitable business; no magic algorithm or program will change that. It's gambling, and with any form of gambling, the odds are always in the house's favour.

They were right, you were wrong. It has the same chance of coming up, but it is also one of the most commonly played set of number being bought 7 - 10,000 times each lottery.

So even if you won £100M, you'd actually get £10k, which would be a bit gutting.
