There will be a decent sized rebound for hotels and holiday places.
The challenge will be those business gaining the investment to allow themselves to cope with that rebound, and that, to some extent, will depend on when the rebound happens. If it is this year, some will. In the UK in particular there is a capacity issue. If the number of people taking their holidays in the UK increases (likely) then the industry will be able to hike prices considerably - that started to happen last summer, briefly.
The issue of quarantine bookings is an interesting one. Obviously, it will provide some income for hotels - and I personally expect the quarantine requirement to last well into 2022, and to extent to many more countries. It will be a two edged sword - business travellers will have to spend a grand when they arrive in the UK. I cannot imagine many people will take a holiday if it ends with 10 days in a rather grubby UK hotel, confined to room!
