Drupal offcourse. It's the best CMS in my opinion and I've graduated to it from Jooma and Wordpress.
If you want to get started quickly, Wordpress is in all honesty probably your best bet. But for customization and overall functionality, Drupal wins hands-down IMO.

Go for Magento. In my experience, it's the most powerful ecommerce platform. You can customize the products and sales very easily.
Magento is going to launch their new version "Magento 2", it have some advanced feature.

I will recommend Joomla because for the E-Commerce website the security is very important and Joomla is quite strong.

Well as per my experience I'll also suggest you to use MAGENTO instead of wordpress and joomla. MAGENTO is good platform for ecommerce sites and is very easy to handle. Try it

Magento is very powerful but is also a bit of a beast to manage. Depending on the scale of your operation you may find it simpler to stick with one of the CMS you have mentioned.
I tried Joomla once but didnt find it very friendly. WordPress on the other hand is very straightforward and there are some very good e-commerce plugins and themes around. Check out WooCommerce for a good plugin and compatible themes.

I suggest Magento as i think its a eCommerce suite best used when you are going to have a large product range (over 1000 products) or require special customization that other CMS & eCommerce suits cannot handle.
Joomla is also easiest to work with but have some issues.

There seems to be a lot of recommendations which is great, i think it's important to know a little bit more about your business to see whats suitable.
IE: What type of scale are you looking at,
What features are important to you
Would you like reports
Would stock notifications be usefull?
Does the cms include hosting, if so is it secure?
The list could go on.

there all pretty much of a likeness, they let you add content and sale products. they all have there own benefits and negatives. its which one do you get on best with. they all can do URL rewrites, they can all integrate with payment systems. they all have ways of doing sale prices etc. You need to test them all. there all free so go nuts.

Plenty of really good suggestions here, but I don't think it makes it easier for you to make a choice. Here's mine, based on experience:
"Start small, then scale up".
I've used WordPress, Joomla!, Drupal and Magento for e-commerce websites. It is easy to recommend a platform if one is comfortable with it, but from the sound of things this is probably an early experience with e-commerce platforms for you. For that reason, it is important to minimize the complexity, so that you can focus on the important things: sales and profits.
So, if you have a 10000 product inventory, head straight for Magento, but be prepared to budget at least 35% of your profit for a developer. Even changing a Magento theme will require some expertise.
If you have a smaller inventory, I would thoroughly recommend WordPress and WooCommerce. Barrier to entry is lower, and support is readily available. Some may feel that WordPress is not an e-commerce system, but that depends on perspective. E-commerce is buying and selling. Bottom line, you get paid. Does it matter what platform you use? Not really, as long as cash ends up in your bank.
The problem with dedicated e-commerce platforms like Magento, is that they need big budget support. As a small to medium sized business, you might be more interested in your overheads. WordPress+WooCommerce is certainly the way to go, if that is the case. Because they are 100% FREE. (as are Magento, etc). But the support investment in man hours and potentially expenditure, is considerably less.
Once your e-commerce store has taken off, you can consider expansion of your 120000 strong inventory into Magento. Although you may not see the need at that point.

Magneto is one of the best option but for E-Commerce site all the techniques will only develops your site than after that you have to responsible for all the activities , you should also go for Amazon webstore design and development in quick turn around with these you can get fully customize design on your own domain ,Amazon uses their own CMS technique ,Amazon EC2 for hosting site or product globally.For these service you can go for AAAWebStore they are the certified amazon partners.

For an e commerce Portal Joomla is the best option because you will get all the user friendly plug ins which are required to make ecommerce portal. Apart from this if sometimes you want to update some extra features in portal then its very easy to append in Joomla.

For the ease of use and quick starting i would recommend Wordpress with Woocommerce any day.
Wordpress is field tested quite a lot as a general purpose CMS or website publishing platform, has a huge community and easy to get programmers to help with.
Woocommerce is an open source and free e-commerce specific made for wordpress so it fits easy into the administration and ui making for a nice all round experience.
The great thing about going with wordpress is that running an e-commerce site is so much more than just the "shop"-part. As you get along you'll need landing pages, maybe membership pages etc, which there more or less always is a plugin for. Either free or with a very small premium price.
But in the end it'll probably a matter of taste and gut feel if you should go with joomla, drupal, wordpress or any of the other "CMS with an e-commerce plugin"-solutions. Most of them does the same.
The real question is whether or not you should go for a "shop system with a CMS" or a "CMS with a shop system". It'll depend on whether you're planning on running a kind of supermarket where the fancy shopping functionality is the main selling point, or your are running an online "street shop" where the experience and the "storytelling" is the main selling point.
Most web shops ends up choosing the first one, due to world conquering dreams, but should really choose the second one, unless you're a huge corporation.

If you want to make an eCommerce website then I suggest you to try Magento because it is a CMS which is particularly made for eCommerce website. You can opt Magento community edition as it is free.

I believe joomla is way much more personalized. Getting that it is much more personalized it also makes it extra difficult where as wordpress is easier and less difficult to use in my viewpoint.
