Where to source business telephone number from

I need a tel number for my business and an 020 will do. I'm looking for a reliable supplier that isn't going to jack up the price significantly after a year or two, which may result in having to use another service and losing the number. I will want the number to divert to my mobile which I'm guessing is vey easy to set up. Any recommendations?
