Virtual number for messages

I’m familiar with VOIP services where you can divert an inbound call to any one of several handsets (all at once, or in a sequence etc) There are several great products out there.

What I need is the equivalent for messaging: one inbound number and many people can pick up and respond. They all need access to what each other has said to the customer too, obvs.

Does this service exist? WhatsApp Business isn’t an option.

Incoming number connected to a CRM where the call is either recorded and/or people summarise the discussion.

People log into the CRM and a pop up appears with an incoming call and records are called up/created to allow data entry.
