water at a retail park

May be a stupid question, I've got a couple of options for location and the top one is at a retail park and dropping either a converted shipping container or van for drinks. However do retail parks have a hook up area for water? I have the meeting with the commercial director and had a walk around the park yesterday but couldn't see anything obvious.

If there is a service yard there may well be an outside tap generally for gardener / landscaper or even contract cleaning but you would have to confirm this was desiignated drinking water. In the past I have known an on-site caterer to have an arrangement with one of the retailers to fill up his containers (probably for a free coffee and burger)

Slightly different from a retail park, but when my wife had a market stall (which I used to work on at weekends with her) this is how the "burger van" in the market also operated.
