Hi all!
We are looking at offering part of our super comfortable and well situated/serviced Dartford based warehouse/racking/office space to rent out - so far have posted this on Gumtree..
Opportunity to share 3,000 sq. ft office/warehouse space with fully built out high end office space and flexible warehouse space with high quality racking (all space access is negotiable, depending on your requirements and budget):

The space is located on Crossways Business Park at junction 1a of the M25 close to Bluewater Shopping Centre and the Dartford Crossing. The park has excellent transport facilities including a fast track bus service linking it with Ebbsfleet International Station and Dartford and Gravesend Town Centres. There are two railway stations; Greenhithe and Stone Crossing on the Gillingham to London line (40 minutes to Central London). Ebbsfleet International Station is approximately 3 miles to the east (17 minutes to Central London).
With the first building being built in 1985, Crossways Business Park is set in a mature landscaped environment centred around Cotton Lake and contains a range of other facilities including three hotels, The Wharf pub / restaurant and an Asda supermarket with filling station.
We are a small, creative tech company, and can be flexible in terms of the way the space gets shared - just ask!
Just wondering if anyone else has tried to do this and if there is a dedicated website or similar to advertise this kind of share space as Gumtree hasn't thrown up many takers.
I'd be super grateful for any advice on best options or better phrasing etc, and of course, any interested parties
