Trading Standards question

Hello
Can I refuse to do business with consumers and simply opt to do business instead with just other businesses? In other words, can I just be a b2b business and refuse to do business with consumers if they enquire about any of my services?

I don't think trading standards give a hoot who you do business with.

Many suppliers require businesses to register (on website) or turn up with a couple of invoices (in person) the first time they register.
Cutting down on the consumers who buy.
