Hi all,
I'm a software developer doing some research into operational challenges for UK small businesses. I'm currently looking at how business owners manage their expiring documents - things like trade certificates, operator licenses, public liability insurance, and any other compliance paperwork with a renewal date. This applies to any industry that has these sort of certificates.
If this is something you have to deal with, I'd be grateful to know:
1. What's your current process? (e.g., spreadsheets, a paper filing system, calendar reminders, or just keeping it in your head?)
2. What's the most time-consuming or frustrating part of this?
I'm not selling anything, just trying to understand the real-world problems from people on the ground.
Any insight would be hugely appreciated.
Thanks
