Not sure why. Whenever I lived in das Americas and Canada I had a Ford F 150 and 250 as company car. What an utterly pile of sh*t of yank engineering these cars were. What a truck, seriously tempting!
Ha ha, you don't like them thenNot sure why. Whenever I lived in das Americas and Canada I had a Ford F 150 and 250 as company car. What an utterly pile of shit of yank engineering these cars were.
I could not figure out why they are some of the best selling cars in the world.
The Ranger nobody really wants and also sits below the F 150 which was already a pile of shit to start of with what makes you want one and not a Toyota Hilux?
Had a new Navara N-Guard for two years, fantastic motor.Thoughts on Navara? They were very popular until the Ranger took the lead
I didn’t know they did a 2wd option, I thought they were all 4x4, the one I’ve been looking at is definitely 4x4A developer I work with in the US says they only sell because they are cheap. Everyone complains about them. Mainly because they keep breaking down. And of no use at all off road because they are RWD.
on the F150 the do:2wd option,
The old Navaras were junk, usually the chassis snapped, I think Nissan replaced thousands in recalls.Thoughts on Navara? They were very popular until the Ranger took the lead
Sorry Simon that’s bollards. Loads of my clients need pickups for towing machinery to remote places, carrying a full crew of guys (transit only takes 2 passengers), chainsaws in the back, using forestry tracks to reach job sites.Nobody *needs* a pickup!
They were invented solely to take advantage of the commercial vehicle tax loophole. It means you can buy and run one 100% through the business, but can still drag the wife and kids around without them being lumped about in the back of a Transit!
Ok I stand corrected. 3 or 4 of your clients *definitely don’t* have them for their tax benefits.Sorry Simon that’s bollards. Loads of my clients need pickups for towing machinery to remote places, carrying a full crew of guys (transit only takes 2 passengers), chainsaws in the back, using forestry tracks to reach job sites.
You can hardly say they were invented to take advantage of a UK tax loophole, when they weren’t “invented” in the UK.
Similar argument about 4x4 SUV, until a poor winter comes around every now and then and everyone is thankful some people have them still. All vehicles on the road are required by someone, no single rule for all.Nobody *needs* a pickup!
It is a pimped up Range but it can't carry 1 tonneReally? It's a tarted-up Ranger, isn't it?
My son's other half used to work at Nissan's HO at the time (customer service) and your right they were crap. The old Navaras were junk, usually the chassis snapped, I think Nissan replaced thousands in recalls.
Don’t know if the newest ones are any better.
My son's other half used to work at Nissan's HO at the time (customer service) and your right they were crap.
What is it about men and motor vehicles?I want one, I've always wanted one, I have no use for one at all, no reason to own one, I don't even fit the look..............I shave my legs for fs!
I still want one!
What is it about 4x4 trucks!!
Simone! When is it going to happen? If i transition, I’m getting a Tranny!
* That’s a Ford van.
