Haha, I know where Myrtle road is, near Spring Academy school/ Springs Leisure Centre. No idea where Myrtle drive is though!

Does anyone have access to a electoral roll finder? Just use that and see if he's on it. I'll quite happily go down later on.

  2. Up time guarantees. Your e-business is only as good as it remains online. Make sure to go for service providers who promise you an uptime guarantee of 99% and above.
This is what they say!!!! Laughable really!

Well it gives you no contact details, no contract, no security of any kind? Surely you got more than that when you signed up and handed over money, an actual service contract/terms & conditions of some kind detailing what you get for your money and who to contact when things go wrong.

Whats the likelihood of paypal intervening in this?

Yes not very helpful, he said that he had checked things at 4pm and everything was fine!! That was the last I heard from him. You would think store2go would do the decent thing and phone the people who have businesses with them to explain what the problem is etc.

Disputes are handled differently now, if anyone opens one paypal hold the money until resolved. If people are still affected soon I'll be offering help!

This looks like some sort of DNS/routing issue, I can't access it from my office machine but I can access it from one of our web servers.

I can't get it to show up on mine from that nor crystalchick website...weird, IE is definitely telling me that both sites are down..hmm I'll clear my cache and try again.

Turn your pc off and start it up again. Open your internet browser and click on TOOLS and then INTERNET OPTIONS. Select the clear history button at the bottom. This should help. (Internet Explorer) Firefox has a similar tab at the top.

It'll probably be back up later for the rest of you, it takes longer for some people, it's to do with the DNS like Carl said.

im having the same problem.

i have lots of time-sensitive products to add, and this could be costing me a fortune!

so annoying!! do you think they will compensate us in some way?? they should do!! :mad:

emails are bouncing and he has no contact telephone number

Remember to make backups of all you stuff when you do get back on, that way you will now loss much data. If you have a Database that is the most important thing to backup.
