Small Warehouse System

Hi
We have a small warehouse with quite a lot of SKUs in it. We need to be able to add stock to the system and place orders through the system. We also need a way for clients to log in and be able to see only their items and to be able to order them. We would also like a way to be able to place 'bulk' orders to multiple addresses perhaps by an upload or something. We are using a system that we had made for us but it is terrible to use and does not update properly - we also can't run any helpful reports other than a Stock on Hand Report. Does anyone have any recommendations for a system that we could 'buy off the shelf' and use. It is not a huge part of our business so I am looking for something cost effective if possible! Any suggestions welcome - or if you need more info let me know.

We are kind of 3PL but most of it is internal, there is just some small parts of it are for clients. This is not our core business it has just started happening as we have space!

Hi. We do not use an external management system but our partner company does and they use
macs-software.co.uk
Seems to work very well for them and allows their clients to log in to see their stock levels and reports. I have no idea of the cost though.

As a quick/budget fix, why not use Woocommerce and their stock control system, tied in with a reseller/multishop plugin, that allows people to manage their own products and stock.

It might need some jiggling to get it to work exactly how you want, but could be cheaper than fully bespoke systems or SAAS.
