Hi everyone

Just in the process of registering a new company.

I have decided to go with 'companiesmadesimple' .. However if there are any better online agents you recommend please do let me know.

I was just wondering that how important is it for the registration documents to be printed? As the basic package is £16.99 and the printed package is £29.99. Is there really a need to pay the extra amount to get a printed certificate? Isn't it the same thing when you receive a PDF certificate (basic package) and print it yourself?

Thanks in advance

Best Regards

Hi Rauf,

I would certainly recommend Companies Made Simple but I'm probably not the best person to ask seeing as I work there!

In regards to your question, in our experience, some banks will not open a business bank account if a printed version of the certificate of incorporation is not presented. Other than that, there's no real reason for having a hard copy other than it can look nice up on your wall!

If you have any questions regarding our services please let me know.

Kind regards
Mathew

We form companies as part of our Registered Office service and will print the documents for you for a few quid extra, on nice paper.

I think it's useful to have printed copies if you got to a bank with them to set up your bank account. And hard drives can go bust, so paper copies are handy.

Like, if you want to present yourself as professional you put on a suit, shine your shoes and present your slick-looking documents in a casual way.

Just sayin'.
