Is this site hacked?

When i click the contact us or client login i get browser messages that say it is not private using chrome or hackers are trying to steal information when using firefox..

Is the site having issues or is it just me?

Luckily my site that is offline was with another host so i was able to pay the bill, still kicking myself though

That message is just the standard browser warning to say the connection over SSL is not secure. In other words, they don't have a valid SSL certificate despite serving the pages over the https protocol.

In Chrome just click Advanced > and then the Proceed link.

The message means that the server is using a certificate which is not signed. It is safe to proceed in my opinion
