HSBC Online Business Banking problems

Hi,

Does any one else have constant problems trying to login to HSBC online banking?

The only time I can login without hitch these days is in the middle of the night.

I am forever getting blank loaded pages, internal server error messages, no data on this page errors or just never loads at all.

Anyone else have these issues or is it just me? It drives me insane!!

dont normally have a problem at all, but this morning it seems to be either to busy or offline.

Same here.

Never had a problem before but am seeing a "currently unavailable" this morning.

It's a pain because my personal accounts are with them as well and they are down too.

Glad to know I am not the only one but sounds like I'm having more problems than most!

Frustrating isn't it. Has anyone called them to ask what the problem is? Ive put it off as no doubt a lot of people are calling.

They have had problems for the past few days, the website is as bad as their overall service

Call the telephone banking line - they are really useful and you can do everything you need to.

No problems, (altho' today have only just tried).
Having several other cyber connection pissoffs tho', putting it down to sun spots.

Yep have to say, been on it twice today and did everything I wanted to, like last week, not had any issues with it at all.

You sure you are making the right faces at your screen when you hit the keys??

I have had the same problems when using MS Explorer 7 or 8 on different PC's. Worked every time though using Firefox. Firefox is actually a much better browser these days that Explorer and it's also free. Takes a while longer to load up but once it's going is much quicker than Explorer, particularly with new tab opening.

So next time you hit problems getting in or setting up BACS transfers - try going in through the Firefox browser.

Thanks for the tip. I am actually using Firefox. I always have the problem of having to refresh after you have entered your username, something which doesn't happen in IE.

Just got into the system again now after trying 15 or so times and getting 'internal server error'

I had the opposite last week. Couldn't get in on firefox. Went back to IE and was in no probs

Hi there, I sometimes dont get logged in first time around, then i try again with exactly the same details and it logs me in. I have several other accounts online and this never happens.
