  • Hi,
    I'm new to the forum!
I've read a posting from yourself about agency fees for supplying temporary workers to a client. I am a recruiter and all of my previous work has been permanent placements and a % charged based on annual salary.
I need to work out what I should be charging my client based on an agreed annual salary. The temporary contract will run for 2-3 months...
Is this something you may be able to help me with?!
    Many thanks
    HI Boroboy

I wouldn't recommend posting dummy vacancies on your website.
Why not hire a telemarketer to do your sales, I can recommend someone if you want to go down that road.

    Richie01,
I hope you don't mind me picking your brains a lot on this subject. I've just been on the premier rec web page and it looks very good.

With my idea being home based and virtually run on a part time basis, I doubt I'll have a good turn over if any at all in the first 6 months. It started as a bit of a pipe dream, but the more I'm looking into it, the more I'm feeling I could make a go of it.

I'll be honest, I'm not a good salesman, and I can't feed people with the bull **** that most can, but I think that working hard goes a long way and being respectful and honest.

Speaking of honest, do you know if there is a law against putting dummy vacancies on your website to generate interest? I'm sure all companies do it, just wondered if it was allowed.

    Cheers
