How to delete a post or delete the account

You've only made one topic on setting up a Nursing business? I see nothing contentious or strange about it. It is pretty standard on internet forums to treat all posts as permanent. I think mainly because other people contribute their knowledge and opinions and it's a bit of a slap in the face to remove things, edit them or sometimes ask forum admin to remove the topics. Certainly the forums I moderate we only ever remove a topic if litigious or something mega serious has happened.

Otherwise, you stand by what you write. If you wish to leave a forum, you simply don't return and stop posting. I've posted plenty that with hindsight, was a bit daft - BUT - I certainly wouldn't ask for them to be removed!

You can only edit for 5 minutes after posting. After that the post is locked and needs a moderator to edit anything. So use the report button and request the change you want done. If that change doesn't materially change the post then it may be actioned. If the change affects the meaning of the post it may not be actioned.

You start a topic in a section that matches it best, and then give it a brilliant title - don't call it "help please" because people have to read it to find out if they can help.

Help with understanding XYZ or something usually works,
