Im trying to figure out if Im using the google author flag correctly,

I have just added it to this page:

Can I just add this code to every webpage

<!-- Place this tag in the <head> of your document -->
<link href="https://plus.google.com/MY-PROFILE-HAS-BEEN-REMOVED-FOR-FORUM" rel="author" />

And will i benefit from the author flag or do I need to add the badge it asks for?

also I notice I can add my urls into my actual profile page but I have set it up so my google author rel flag links to my google page about greece, is this a good idea or should I direct it to my profile with my website links?

if your website is php you should add it to the header.php is the normal location to add it to all pages

I cant see what link you added it to so cant let you know if its there.

I checked your homepage and dont see anything.

the snippet is in the header,

<!-- Place this tag in the <head> of your document -->
<link href="https://plus.google.com/115805070844206230826" rel="author" />

Is it right to be linking to my google+ page rather than profile as I have managed to add my main 3 websites to the page for the recipricol effect it talks about.

Your image won't appear next to results in Google as you are linking to a Page not a Profile.

Pages should use rel=publisher and then any articles you write should link back to your Profile with rel=author
