Sharp as a button is our keith,not the average builder as hes up with techie stuff that gets him work.

Im seeing the same thing in my game with all the chippies and carps trying to be locksmiths,problem is everyone else is doing the same with redundancy payouts etc and they all chase the same work.

That work is spread so thin now without a speciality or the right contacts its hard going for many.
Only ones doing well from it are those doing the training and selling the bulls*** dream of easy money earning a grand a week after the two day course or those that are specialised.

Seeing some right bodge jobs out and about on upvc doors and the like.So many people are getting ripped off too its crazy.

Seems to be the same in the building trade,the specialists are coming into their own now.
