I work for Pinniger Finch & Co, Solicitors, and I specialise in debt recovery/insolvency. I was interested by your comment to another in the forum when they had not had success through the court. I would like to think that I get good result for those I take through the court system.
There are difficulties with the court service , eg the high increase in court fees, but some of the disappointment that forum members describe is perhaps down to not having their paperwork in order or not perhpas getting good advice before they start.

I'm gathering quotes for telemarketing services.
A member of ours is a Utility Warehouse Distributor who is looking for someone who can set appointments with businesses who are looking to reduce there utility spend. The problem is that he gets commission based on a % of their monthly bill so it needs to be something that can be cost effective.....what are your rates?
