Ecwid pages slow to appear in Google

I recently set up an online shop using a Blogger platform for my website and Ecwid for the shopping facility. I noticed that the Ecwid product pages weren't appearing in Google rankings very quickly. To counter that, I started creating my own product pages in Blogger using the same photos and text and adding a buy-it-now button generated at Ecwid.

This is time consuming but each product page I create can stay online and act as future landing pages, whereas the Ecwid product pages disappear when the product sells (I only ever have one of each product).

I would be interested to know what your thoughts are on this. Is the doubling up of photos/text a big no-no for search engines?

I wonder why you don't use one complete platforms for ecommerce and blogs like : shopify, bigcommerce, 3dcart?
Because I see very few people use ecwid.

Can you post a link to the site?

In all honesty I'd consider moving to a real e-commerce platform.
