I generate my invoices from a pre-formatted Excel spreadsheet - it just needs printed either to paper for snail-mail or to a pdf format for emailing.

If that's the sort of thing you are after, PM me with your current invoice, your Company logo and anything else you feel is needed and I will see what I can do.

I can highly recommend Freshbooks for invoicing. Solves the invoice design problem, and hey presto, you've got a really professional looking billing and invoicing system that's a joy to use.
