Site comments - first impression - I did not know who you were or what you do. Your strap line, 'The Perfect Answer' begged the reply ,What's the question?

It is very clever once I understood you have a telephone answering service but did nothing to help me understand what you can do for me when I don't know what you do.

Next step to understanding what you can do for me means I have to read a large block of text which is never good.

Your home page should simply scream what your proposition is so I can work it out without having to read loads of text. Your first paragraph does not tell me a single thing about what your service is. For all I know you could be offering housekeeping.

I think you need to say what you do and how I would benefit from it in very clear and easy to understand words and then say I can ty if for your good value starter offer.

Other comments are that it took a long time to load the images.

The blue striped banner at the top looks like a barclays bank advert.

There is no home button on your pages.

Visited links don't colour.

Your FAQs should be more prominant.

Navigation is different on every page, couple this with the fact links don't colour up and I get confused as to whether I have seen the entire site or not.

I already know of Kendlebell and so I didn't appreciate what Sillyjokes meant with some of the cooments, until I looked at the site from the viewpoint of someone coming to it clean.

I guess a lot of the site is standard to Kendlebell franchise holders and is even supplied as part of the franchise - just shows how easy it is to assume visitors to your site know more than they actually do. Whether you can change this within the confines of the franchise arrangement is another question, but I tend to agree with Sillyjokes that the site needs to be clear on what you offer much quicker for the casual visitor.

There are a few typos eg on the 0800 numbers page:
"You are now entering a section of our website which explains what is invloved when an 0800 number is chosen without a Telephone Answering package."


Oh and I guess there will eventually be more partners than just Bizal, but at the moment it looks a bit weird!

Hi there,

First off, when you first open up the site it looks really good. Very professional and eye-catching.

My thoughts pretty much echo the other comments, it is not immediately clear what you do. Although, in your defence If people come across your site it is probably because they are looking for your type of service.

I think your strap line should better reflect your service, something like, "Kendlebell, the perfect answer to your call handling needs" or alike... just add a bit on to your already good line.

Apart from that and maybe making sure all external links on your site open up on a new window (you don't want to lose browsers do you?) and checking a few grammer areas (who am i to talk about grammer?), as I said, I think it looks good, real good.

My veiw is you need to try to grab the attention of viewers in the first few seconds by clearly stating what you do.
Apart from that you have a good 4/10 Google ranking. Might be worth running it through Dr watson http://watson.addy.com/
