I am looking for a business po box for my new business. I have been through various threads and only found one provider. I have found loads online but I want to hear from people who have actually used their services.
I just want an address to put on my business mail and have mail forwarded once a week. I don't need an office, desk space or receptionist.
The only mail I expect is bank statements and invoices/statements so probably 30-50 items.

Actually not a PO Box just a mailing address with forwarding.

Ah right sorry I cant recommend anyone as I've never used a mailing address.

I do have quite a few clients who use them - do make sure they forward all correspondence. I had a client recently who had problems with letters from HMRC not being forwarded.

I am trying to weed out unreliable companies as there are so many online offering this service. I don't really want to pay £200+ a year for royal mail.

We offer a virtual office address service which includes mail forwarding.

It costs £100 for 12 months and the only extra you pay is for the actual cost of postage to forward you mail, which we send as one package at the end of each week. You can contacts us on [email protected] if you have any questions. Our website has all the info plus you can download the application form on our websitehere.

We are not in London or other city centre, which for obvious reasons will need to charge a lot more in relation to where they are based. We are based at an airport in a large serviced office building housing many real business tenants.

I should add, there is absolutely no reason whatsoever that a virtual office provider should not forward all of your mail on to you. If the mail is not delivered to the virtual office provider in the first place of course, then the issue lies elsewhere.
