Hi, I'm an online retailer via ebay platform but looking at alternatives and my own site. I have a virtual address with a local company in aylesbury but want to change only after 2 months! but locked into contract till August 2025. If anyone on here is based in Aylesbury / Buckinghamshire can anyone recommend other companies that will accept parcel returns and who provide good customer service and value for money? I have also looked at PO box address to use, anyone else sell online via ebay, can they confirm if any issues using po box address with ebay? Thanks

Actually, this is a long process to go. I think the best way is to buy eBay accounts from others, and they arrange everything for you. No hassle to get addresses, bank details, and others. There are many who are selling their eBay accounts, and they will guide exactly what to do.

Just go to facebook and search for ebay accounts you will find a guy who does all this.

    I hope this helps.

What are you talking about? The OP already HAS an active ebay account. He wants somewhere to receive returns. Why are you telling him to buy an ebay account?

He said he wants to change the address after the contract finishes, so I thought he was facing issues with the address as well. That's why I told him to look for experts who could explain him properly. Those who give eBay accounts are experts on this matter, even with the parcel return issues. They can explain properly what to do.

You can't "buy" an eBay account. You need to buy the company it is associated with and then hope they allow the transfer.

That makes no sense at all. The question is about finding someone to accept parcels in Bucks. The eBay part is for information only. Maybe they do things differently where you are in Dubai.

@chiptech81 - don't use a PO box. Why can't you use your home/office address? Doing so would improve your trust score and increase conversions. People check up on these things before placing an order.

It's purely for the reason I sell high value items and wish to keep my address away from public domain

Maybe see 'parcel-collection-services' on the Spar website.

That said, we are talking about a contract that imposes a duty upon a third party.

I have reservations, things can go wrong.

You may have second thoughts about 'looking at .. my own site'.

It is virtually mandatory to purchase pay-per-click advertising, which is expensive.

And you can't offer click & collect.

Maybe every small town needs a 'parcel receiver', probably someone who is housebound and who is glad of the money.

Sorry to be so negative, it's an interesting question.

And as an aside, don't buy a company - it may recently have signed a disastrous contract.
