Can’t help with a supplier but that’s not a welcome package. It’s the sort of stuff that I’d expect to be provided by default.

It depends on the volume. A friend of mine has a promotional merch company that can do this kind of thing but it would need to be over a certain volume. What kind of numbers are you thinking?
