Any suggestions? Iv tried tso, krystal, fasthosts and many more. Does anyone know of any dedicated servers for £15 per month?

£150 is incredibly over-exaggerated isn't it. You could get dedicated hosting for £30 realistically.

Depends entirely what you want and what level of support you want!
You might want a dual octacore with 128GB Ram costing several hundred a month or a small dual core processor with 4GB for a lot less
Either way, it's not possible for £15 which is why I thought I'd check !

Actually it is.
A very basic VM with someone like Digital Ocean or Bytemark is less than that.
No bells, whistles, or panels, but enough to run a website, or even a handful if they are low volume.

Just read the OP again, and yes he did say dedicated, which we would take to mean dedicated hardware, though the distinction is getting less and less important.
As ever, what are the requirements?

At £15 it becomes hard to cover the colocation cost - conditioned, redundant power, air conditioning security and all of the datacentre running costs.... we all know how much electricity here is!
If you can increase your budget £10 or so, you can start to find some entry level servers.

I would definitely recommend a VM over a dedicated server with the given budget. The result will be better hardware, better reliability, permanent console access, snapshots, etc.
Small VM + nginx + php-fpm + mariadb = job done. (don't forget backups and basic monitoring)
If you're not comfortable managing the server yourself then you'll probably need to stick with shared hosting or raise your budget a fair bit for a managed server.

We have 19 active sites, one of which has several hundred pages, many with images. We hire regular server space for $5 a month in Florida and another $5 space in S.Korea. In 15 years, the Florida service went out for a day.
A separate server for 20 pages is just plain silly!
All these major services are mirrored in a separate country, so down-time is seldom, if ever, an issue. Most of these small server companies in the UK are not mirrored outside of the UK.

Surely you upgrade from shared hosting for other reasons (e.g. the amount of traffic you're receiving) rather than the amount of pages your website has?

We have Wordpress and Joomla sites running with hundreds of pages and very high daily visitor levels that don't remotely trouble our shared servers.
Good shared hosting should be absolutely fine. I would certainly try that first anyway and see how it works for you. Avoid the mass market hosts because their shared servers will be overcrowded and poorly set up.

You don't need a dedicated server. Good shared hosting will do the job. What speeds a site up the way it was built more than the server. Even on a dedicated server a poorly built site can be really slow.

Any one thinking they need a dedicated server for a website needs their head examining with scalable cloud engines from Amazon / Azure / Google Cloud etc
A small low volume WordPress site can be run on say a Google Compute Engine for less than $5 per month, and close to instantly upgradable to more powerful engines as and when traffic grows
