XLN and moving a line

Hi,

I am with XLN.

We are moving offices 75% through our 2 year deal.

I understand a line installation charge will apply.

The question is should I be committed to an additional 2 year deal.

XLN think so, I disagree.

Anyone any ideas ?

I used to work for XLN Telecom when it moved to Manchester...
Are you not in effect cancelling your contracts at one address (were there's a fee for doing this) then wanting them at another, thats how they will see it , I think they might be right in doing so , They dont own the line BT do , so they`ll have to transfer the lines over , which they did for you in the first place with your 1st contracts .
BTW they can waiver the line installation if your persistent... we used to do this if we felt we had a customer interested but needed more persuading...
They might do this , but might also increase your contract to three years instead of two...

hope this might help.
