I'll get you the details of the guys we've used before tomorrow when im back in the office.
Very good and very quick for the things we've had done in the past, in fact they are just working on implementing mailchimp into ours via the API.
They are an overseas development company though so as with anything like this your project brief has to be exact to what you want and cover all the bases otherwise if you start changing things then of course your quote goes up.

To be honest the X-Cart community is pretty useless with many unanswered threads, ive certainly received very little help from there and usually figure them out myself in the end.

To be fair to the community it used to be brilliant but as there are so many versions now that a lot of the community help has dwindled with most of the original gurus going off to do their own thing and not having the time to answer everyone. I certainly wouldn't known half the stuff I do now with out it.
