Just wondered where people get their paper from?

I currently just nip to our local Staples, but thinking about it I could probably save a fortune buying it online.

We buy from A3 to A6 on a variety of paper qualities.

Any recommendations would be great, on here or by PM

It does from my point of view.

30 minutes driving to Asda and then back again.

Queuing at the till for 5 minutes.

Queuing at another till to get a VAT receipt.

OK fair enough:)

Having recently worked in the office products arena I can confirm that for larger companies buy paper from their supplier at a loss for the supplier (as they get all your other business like pens, folders etc) - and typically £1.50-£1.70 per ream (on good quality paper, 80gsm, no rubbish).

Even smaller SME's gan negotiate a good deal on paper prices if they call around a few office supplies companies and play one of against the other.

Honest - try it, it works!, and the more paper you buy, the cheaper you will get it.

70gsm is just as goodas 80gsm (depending on use) and can be obtained for even less. AVOID STAPLES(Corporate Express) - v expensive!

I really miss Woolworths for stationery and a whole lot of other useful stuff. Our was five minutes' walk away and now it's a grotty 99p shop.

I get paper in Staples, Wilkinsons, whereever I happen to be.Time is money and all the accountants should know that :p

I think you can get 155gsm from Neat Ideas?

Absolutely that's why our stationery purchases (paper and anything else now) coincide with my weekly visit to Asda/Morrisons!:D

That's the reason I use Lyreco for my office equipment, you can order online at any time of day and get it delivered, this way i don't have to leave the office or can order in my own time at home.
I also get brilliant service from my rep.
