what next...?

Hello,
I have just set up a website selling crochet and knitted items made by old ladies. I would love to know how to 'advertise' my site on the internet. I set up the site about a month ago and have about 5 hits a day. I made my first sale last week!!! Very pleased. I know the site needs more text on the items but any tips on how to get it out there would be great.

Hi

I would do a search on this site, there are a lot of people who do copy for websites and they normally give some great advice on how you can have better text for the search engines to find you.

Plus there are a lot of blogs listed on this site from said people that might be of use to you.

Have you thought about maybe going to craft fairs with a few examples of the products you sell? You could hand out flyers etc with your website listed?

Just a few thoughts, hope they're useful to you, good luck with it all!
