Hi

I wonder if anyone can help?

I'm looking for training rooms for our upcoming course in the following locations: London, Edinburgh, Cardiff and Liverpool.

Does anyone know of a good conference facility or function room in these areas? I need to cater for a maximum of 12 people on each course.

As I can't travel to each location prior to the course any recommendations would be appreciated.

Many thanks

Vicky

As you can't visit each location personally it seems important to me that you deal with a national company, so that you know what you're getting at each location will be the same/same value etc. (Besides you're in a better position to try for a bulk discount that way.)

Hotel chains are the obvious place to start. Premier Inn and that sort of thing.... that's what we do for our presentation skills training days away from our 'home'.

Try Avanta as they have meeting and training rooms that can be hired by the hour and have locations across the country.

Hi Vicky,

We have training facilities in London for up to 35 people. We also provide laptops, data projectors, etc etc.

Drop me a line if you're interested.

Thanks,

Normally I would not hesitate to reccomend Touchbase Business Centres, part of Premier Inn. But unfortunately they are not in all the locations you require. However, the Liverpool one is in a fantastic location on the Albert Dock, and the manageress is second to none and usually knocks £6 off each attendee if you pay in advance.

Go for Regus but sign up the the blue bizblub card card first which is free. This gives you 10% off all business services - copiers - brochure binders etc and private serviced office space including training rooms.

Cost of training rooms even in London at over 9 prestigious business centres about £8 and hour including free flipcarts and pens. Delegate lunches can be providing by local deli's at a fraction of usual prices. It is a fantastic deal and there is an even better one.

For just £200 quid a year you get the Gold Bizclub card. This entitles you to free unlimited walk-in access and use of prestigious businesses lounges for meetings at all 100 or so Regus buiness centres in the UK where you get free internet and how about this.

You get free beverages to. As much mineral water - tea or coffeee as you can drink for you and your guest. That alone is worth £4 quid a week don't you think.

You want MORE. Don't know about Cardiff but seceral of the London BC's have showers too. Great if your off the the theatre of out clubbing after work.

Hope the info helps and - no ye sceptics I am not an agent for Regus.

Robert
