Telephone answering service

Any recommendations for a good telephone answering service?

As a relatively new company, cost will play a factor but not the most important one.

We want someone professional, friendly and that comes across as part of our company.

I used a company previously with a different business, but customers reported that they weren't professional and always sounded fed up.

Can't recommend any in particular, but these VA companies use our service so that calls from you to them become free (if you also use Voipfone).

Sorry no recommendations apart from taking at look at VA's on freelancing sites like peopleperhour where you can see reviews on their services.
We used to offer this service so watch out for exactly how everything is charged for.

I know a company, but they charge about £5 per message taken and emailed to you. PM if interested. They don't sound fed up, however

Hi, I've been using Moneypenny for a few weeks now and I'm very happy with the service. A few clients have commented on the very pleasant new secertary I'm employing, so they must be doing something right!
