Telemarketing and the snow!!

I'm expecting a little bit of a dip in performance tomorrow because of snow and more people being off work, especially with next week being half term week

Anyone else expecting a dip?

No dip noticable, been on the phone since 7.30am!!

Maybe a tiny weeny amount of people off work, all depends what your selling at the time.

Receptionists may be off work but you wont find directors or people in high management roles taking the day off work unless they physically cannot get off the driveway

Schools become pretty pointless to ring on a half term!

Yeah, it depends on how bad the snow is. Anywhere that has a downfall with a foot or two, all you get is receptionists who somehow always make it in but higher up staff taking snow days.
