Hi, I am doing my MBA about the possibility of introducing a new model with an increased use of reusable packaging from online retailers. If you live in UK and have shopped online for groceries, it would be really helpful for my research if you could help me by filling out my survey at:

Unfortunately it is only anonymous when there is a high volume of people completing it. If nobody else completed one at around 08:09 this morning then it doesn't take much to figure out who that completed survey belongs to!

I'm not particularly proud of the answers I gave, they highlighted that I clearly don't do enough recycling. The worse thing is that even after realising that, I suspect that my habits won't change. I still put everything in the black bin.
