SQL CMS work required

I have a potential job - for a garage website - 8 pages - one of these pages to display car stock with pics, description , etc etc - needs to be supplied with CMS.

They want to amalgamate this with a finance module supplied by a company cap dot co uk which uses SQL database ( we are not versed with this) as its microsoft.

Is there anyone here that can look at this and give me a price.
I have been given budget prices from overseas companies but would prefer to use a uk person.
