Hi there, about a year ago, I created a company "just to have a playground" to use for the app I was developing (App to manage the ecommerce). I am moving to other things and maybe someone is interested in taking over the business.
The website is ready to start to sell stuff but I never add products to it (I was supposed to do that thru my app).

The services I am using are,
2 Domains eclectik.uk for the ecommerce and eclectik.org for the company website
2 email with custom domain associated on Google Workspaces
    Google Analytics
WordPress + WooCommerce + Flatsome Premium Theme + Stripe gateway
hosted on AWS ec2 London instance and Aurora MySQL database
Amazon connect where a contact centre is deployed, voicemail, routing calls, chat integrated in the store, etc

Social media accounts Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc..
    Paypal business account
    Monzo business account
    Accounting software Pandle from 'theaccountancy.co.uk'

Accounts on electronic distributors most of them with dropshipping option:
    Aster
    Click Distribution
    CMS Distribution
    CTS Toner Supplies
    Exertis
    Harrisons Direct
    Mouser Electronics
    QBS
    QED
    Rutronik24
    Spire Technology
    Stationery UK
    Target
    Tech Data
    VidaXL
    Westcoast

Not sure if anyone is interested in this... ?‍♂️

    What are your monthly costs?

TBH what you have isn’t worth very much. Setting up an e-commerce site is easy as are social media accounts.

Dropshipping is hard work and I could probably get accounts set up in a couple of days.

If you had a profitable working site then it would be worth a lot more.

Agreed with fisicx. It's worth very little.

I could set up all of those things within a day or so at most. Setting up a and all the accounts site is the easy bit. In addition, the stuff you are proposing to sell on it is low margin, and prone to fraud (judging by the names, it's electronics/toners).

If you had revenue and proven profit, it might be interesting.

    Monthly costs: £50 accounting + £50-80? hosting,
Setting up an e-commerce site is easy as are social media accounts.
Yes, in one day I guess can be done, maybe the only positive thing is that they are 1 year old..
Dropshipping is hard work and I could probably get accounts set up in a couple of days.
8 months took me to open accounts with some of the distributors, not so sure about the easy part of dealing with distributors.

As I said not sure how interesting this is... I would love to see this offer when I started with this, for me was a nightmare to open bank and distributors accounts.

Fun Fact: I've been quoted $8k just to setup the call center ?‍♂️

This is not how the world works. Putting systems in place is the easy part. I could have an EU-wide distribution up and running by this afternoon if the right opportunity came along.

Business people buy businesses and business people have systems already in place. They have staff already working on other things that they could reassign to a new venture.

What they want to see are market share and profits. Those are the two things that make a business a business. As you have neither, you do not have a business.

What you have is a liability.
