Special offer or false advertising?

Hi

We sell travel packages for groups which include transport, hotel, meals etc directly from the suppliers.
We don't have fixed prices as the package are tailored to the client's requirements.

Our packages would normally be based on twin rooms with a supplement to pay if customers want single rooms.

As a special offer, is their anything stopping us to advertise that there are no supplement on single rooms although the cost is included in total cost of the package?
Is it considered as false advertising?

Thank you.

Providing the customer does not have to pay an 'unexpected extra' to convert to singles - as you say it has already been factored into the price.

That's fine.

Otherwise the offer should carry an asterisk * or similar and referenced in small print.

If you see most special offers* they have...* Terms and Conditions apply. (See our website or call us for more information)

I feel that something similar ought to apply to manufacturers like Cadbury and Mars "Not to be confused with food!"

Personally, I think you should go with something like "Tailored packages to suit your needs, with no hidden charges!"

I think that's a more positive statement than being associated with negative words like supplements etc.
