Click to expand... This means you also don't get any updates they might send to your box - including important software updates. Yes the signal is dependent on the weather. A heavy downpour or very dense cloud (usually just before the downpour) can affect the signal. If you go to your "Services" button, I think one of the options tells you about contacting Sky - alternatively why not get the number from the manual? Upvote 0
