I'm getting signal can not be found messages when trying to watch the
telly, anyone know if there is Sky TV service status information anywhere
so I can tell if it is a problem at my end or theirs?

I'm in East Sussex, all ok.Is your dish ok? Birds sitting on the lnb? Trees blowing around?
If all else fails, try to re-boot?

    Thanks,
I unplugged everything for 5 mins then switched back on and it's OK now.
Do they have any service status information anywhere though?

Don't know about that.We don't have ours plugged into the phone socket,so maybe we don't get any info they may send?

My Sky signal has also just gone up. I know why.

Basically it's bad weather. Whenever a huge downpour happens or a drop of snow, then it affects the airial so don't worry it does come back.

This means you also don't get any updates they might send to your box - including important software updates.

Yes the signal is dependent on the weather. A heavy downpour or very dense cloud (usually just before the downpour) can affect the signal.

If you go to your "Services" button, I think one of the options tells you about contacting Sky - alternatively why not get the number from the manual?
