Simple call handling system

I’m starting a couple of small side businesses. I need a way to accept calls on my phone or PC (think Skype for business) when I’m travelling.

Ideally, the provider can give me a couple of overseas number as I’ll be promoting my services in other countries

I already use MS Teams for my main business and I don’t want to use that for these.

Any suggestions please?

Sure, that's very straightforward, you just get a number and incoming calls go to your phone (or app on the phone) and you can use an app on your PC to answer the call directly. The apps are free.
