Hi,

I have the following phone numbers in USE.

An overseas mobile phone number which is linked to services I need to keep an eye on in that overseas location.

A UK Landline number provided by Skype.

A US Landline number provided by Skype

I would like to keep these Skype provided numbers but their services seem out of whack recently.

Always had a few complaints with Skype but recently they changed their call plans and although I can see I am set up for some worldwide plan with unlimited minutes and calls to numbers.

I am not receiving that and when I make calls my subscription prompts me but prompts me to just multiple Skype browser links without much indication as to what the issue is.

For US it works fine but all others it is patchy and just inconveniences me too much now.

I want a system that is based on my phone, receives text and phone calls from anywhere over the internet.

I have been using this Skype system since 2015, change has been difficult, ready to make the change.

Any good recommendations?

TIA

We can do a lot of that but not all - International numbers are becoming increasingly difficult to source as countries are getting heavier with regulation. We can do 0800 US numbers but not geographical.

You may be searching for a unicorn but the most likely place to find it would be from a US company with access to UK numbers - irritatingly, the UK is very liberal with its numbers.

If you'd like to find out what we could do or any other ideas, give us a call - 0345 868 5555.

Skype is closing. Microsoft is only interested in Teams now. If you want a geographic number you need a proper telephone company.
