Have you checked on google yet? I quickly googled "how to set up a taxi firm" and loads of results came up straight away on how to do it.

I have often been interested about taxi firms,

A firm by me has 130 drivers, i think the boss their is getting 10-11 k a week in rent off the drivers,

Is the area you are planning to set up lacking any real taxi firm competition?

You can buy a firm which is going in liquidation. You can find some firms in north east.
