So we had a chat with our Royal Mail account manager and they have given us a new service called Royal Mail Tracked 48 but it is limited to 10L.
I was told this is the size of a Crisp Box but upon checking... 10L is quite small compared to a Crisp box.
We seem to be paying a high tracking cost but to send very small parcels and I am left wondering if to change courier.

Anyone else had this and if so which couriers do you use?

My company uses click and drop, have done for a few years. The parcels and large letters have tracking to show delivery. That is part of the item cost to send, not extra.
We do have tracked and signed for on higher value items but for 99.9% of stuff we just rely on the royal mail delivery confirmation.
INR claims are dead easy when you can tell the customer the date and time the item was delivered.
