Hi all
We use Royal Mail code HVK shipping service for international shipments. We recently noticed that we were being charged £99 for every shipment to Finland, when we should only be charged less than £15.
I would like to make as many people aware of this as possible! It's only because I noticed and challenged it that they credted me. Over a few weeks they have had to credit £400+.
It could well just be me that's affected but it annoys me to think that for anyone who doesn't notice then Royal Mail are very unlikely to be proactive in crediting people.
They said it was a techinical issue. We use Shipstation to process our shipping but they didn't clarify if this was the issue.
You can see it on your weekly business invoice for example:
