Hi,
Can anyone help me concerning Royal Mail's OBA - What are the sizing options for parcels?

Currently we just use the post office, but are looking into the Online Business Account, as we are VAT registered, what service is best used for recorded delivery for parcels up to 600mm and under 2kg, we pay £6.75 at the moment and are trying to get our prices down.

You should be £4.85 plus VAT for Royal Mail 24 service. Parcel size is up to 61cm x 46cm x 46cm.

Thank you, does the OBA have the sizing guidelines and price increases the same as over the counter prices? Eg small parcel, Medium and large.

Not on the Royal Mail 24 / Royal Mail 48 services, no. Items are just categorised by Large Letter or Parcel.

Thanks, that's good news for us. I have spoken to Royal Mail concerning opening an account but they weren't very helpful, just wanted us to sign up without answering a lot of my concerns.
