Revamped site - no sales. Why?

Am thinking of changing background from black to white - anyone got any thoughts on this? Do you think it would make a difference?

i think the colours will make a diff. White will be clearer and more friendly but I feel that black makes the products seem more premium. Maybe it's the mysterious factor that goes along with the colour black.

For what its worth, I think the site looks really good. Product wise, I cant really comment, but the landing page is nice and clean. I would try the white background for a couple a days though to see what happens.

Hey,

The site looks great. Easy navigation and product placement... who is your target market and are you speaking their language? A huge learning for us at Charity Greetings is you can't be everything to everyone. Focus on your key demographic and messaging is essential.

What sites do your key demographic use? Utilise these channels and you'll receive more traffic.

Good luck!

For me the page load times were long enough that I would close the page before even seeing your site... maybe try dedicated hosting or cut down the amount of graphics.

Also the design looks a little pieced together and I don't think the dark black background creates the kind of emotions you would like to get from your customers...

you have a nice site the reason that no 1 might be buying from you is that the site may be a bit hard to use for some ppl but make sure all your catagorys are easy to use etc and see what your google pagerank is like but nice site well done :P

Thanks
