Recommendations for Google Ads/Shopping management?

We've been using Google Ads for a couple of years now and have a basic understanding, but through a series of issues caused by developers integrating (or not, as the case may be) tracking for conversions - I am a little in the dark as to how effective our ads currently are.

Can anyone recommend a good Ads Manager who is proficient with ecommerce ads and shopping? Who can provide both an audit and monthly management of our budget?
